Parque San Eugenio is a well-kept residential complex in the heart of San Eugenio Bajo ( Bajo means low). It's located just a 5-minute walk from the harbour of Puerto Colon and beachfront of Torviscas and Fañabe.
This 2 bedrooms/2-bathroom corner house situated on a plot of 114 sqm has its own door onto a walkway leading to La Pinta beach in only 5 minutes. You can walk along the front to Los Cristianos (a busier town with shops, bars and restaurants. And a busy harbour where you can watch the ferries at the main port) or you can walk in the opposite direction as far as La Caleta. (a small fishing village, which popular restaurants on the sea front)
The other end of the walkway from the house will take you the supermarkets, doctors, hardware shop, bus stops, bars, and restaurants in San Eugenio.
The location is superb; you have everything you need on your doorstep, but far enough away once home you can enjoy the peace, quiet and relax.
The house has a mixture of traditional Spanish and modern look and has been refurbished inside and out to a remarkably high standard. Both bathrooms have been fully refurbished, and a new fully equipped kitchen was only installed last year. The property also has Fiber Optic Wi-Fi throughout, which not all do in this area.
Walking through the door you enter a large courtyard, with enough space for sun loungers and table and chairs. Tiled to a high standard, with plants and a beautiful mosaic picture on the wall, giving it a nice Spanish feel. A perfect space to relax in the evening with a cool drink, or a nice private place to sunbathe.
Entering the house, through the wooden patio doors (which have been varnished and very well looked after) you will find a large open living area, with grand tall ceilings. A few steps up to an open planned dining area. On looking up you will see a wooden mezzanine balcony overlooking the living area, again giving it a very authentic Spanish feel. Just passed the dining area there Is a separate fully fitted kitchen, nice and bright from the sun coming in the front windows, which overlook the front courtyard. A pleasant area neatly tiled with table and chairs, the tiles along the side of the house match those of the community pathways, which give a genuinely nice clean look.
The 1st bedroom is on the ground floor, so great for anyone with difficulties with stairs. This bedroom has views of the mountains and a communal swimming pool. It’s a fair size, currently with 2 single beds, but could easily be changed for a double or even king-size bed. Plenty of storage with large, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite modern bathroom with nice large shower.
The stairs to the upstairs are dark wood, and again extremely well looked after. A nice secure, save banister and the corner is wide enough to maneuver round. Reaching the top, you will find the mezzanine area, which could be space for a sofa bed for an extra guest or made into an office. Or simply a nice quiet area with a chaise lounge to relax and read.
The second bedroom is large, nice and bright with a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. A large window overlooking the communal swimming pool and community grounds. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor with a bath and shower, tiled and decorated to a high standard.
Even though this property is in such a fantastic location, and a car is not needed. A secure parking space is available.
